Personalisation tokens: using {{first_name}} and other variables

Personalisation tokens let you pull contact data from your sheet into page content and sequence messages. Anywhere you place a token, Sendr replaces it with the matching value for each contact when the page is generated or the message is sent.
Token syntax
Tokens use double curly braces: {{field_name}}
Common tokens:
{{first_name}}{{last_name}}{{company}}{{job_title}}{{page_url}}— the generated page link for the contact
Any column in your sheet can be used as a token, including enrichment columns and custom properties.
Setting fallback values
If a token field is blank for a contact, Sendr uses the fallback value you have configured. Fallback values are set in Settings > Variables. For example, if {{first_name}} has no value, your fallback might be "there" so the message reads "Hi there" instead of "Hi ".
Where tokens work
Tokens work in:
- Headline and subheading fields across page sections
- Sequence email subject lines and body
- Sequence LinkedIn message copy
Tokens do not work inside image alt text or custom embed code.
