Setting up a custom domain for your pages

By default, personalised pages are hosted on a Sendr subdomain. On any Sendr Core plan or free trial, you can serve pages from your own domain, which removes Sendr branding from the URL and makes pages look like they are hosted on your own site.
Requirements
Access to your domain's DNS settings
Setting up your custom domain
A custom domain is set up per page template, not in your workspace settings.
Go to Templates and open the page template you want to use
In the template's settings, find Custom domain and click Add custom domain
Enter the domain or subdomain you want to use (e.g. pages.yourcompany.com)
Sendr gives you the DNS record(s) to add, typically a CNAME for a subdomain, or an A record plus a TXT verification record for a root domain
Add the record(s) in your domain provider's DNS settings
Return to Sendr and check the status
DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate, though they often resolve faster.
Good to know
Custom domains are configured per template, not once for your whole workspace. If you use several page templates, you can give each one its own custom domain.
Important: do not remove your custom domain
If you disconnect or remove your custom domain after pages have been generated, those pages will stop loading for recipients until the domain is reconnected. If you need to change your domain, set up and verify the new one before removing the old one.
