Introduction to Campaigns and Sequences

A campaign is where your outreach lives. Each campaign holds its own contacts, sequence, strategy, and analytics, so everything for one audience stays in one place.
What's inside a campaign
Contacts: the people in the campaign. You can add them with the Campaign Copilot, from Lead Finder, or by importing a CSV.
Sequencer: the series of steps Sendr runs for each contact.
Analytics: progress, opportunities, open and reply rates, and a breakdown by channel.
How sequences work
Each contact in the campaign moves through the sequence. Sendr works through each step in order, on the schedule you define, until the contact replies, completes the sequence, or is removed.
Steps
A sequence is made up of steps. Each step is one action: send an email, send a LinkedIn or WhatsApp message, request a connection, generate a personalised page, wait a number of days, or check a condition and branch. Sendr executes the steps in order.
Two ways to build a sequence
With the Campaign Copilot: tell it who you want to reach and it builds the audience, messages, strategy, and sequence with you. See What is the Campaign Copilot?
By hand: add and arrange the steps yourself in the Sequencer. See Building your first sequence
Channels
Email steps send from your connected email channels. LinkedIn and WhatsApp steps run through your connected accounts. Sendr Core and the free trial include 2 channels, and you need at least one connected channel before you can launch a campaign.
Launching
Before you launch, run the pre-campaign checklist to confirm your sequence, variables, media, and channels are ready. Once you launch, Sendr begins processing contacts on your defined schedule.
