Channels showing 0/0 or asking me to upgrade unexpectedly

If your channel count is showing 0/0, or you are being prompted to upgrade when you did not expect to be, here are the most likely causes.
Your trial or plan may have ended
Sendr Core and the 14-day free trial both include 2 channels. When a trial ends, or a paid plan expires after cancelling, your channels are disconnected and Sendr asks you to choose a plan before you can continue. Check Settings > Membership to confirm your plan status.
Your channels may have disconnected
Go to Settings > Channels and check whether any channels are showing a disconnected or error state. A disconnected channel may cause the count to display incorrectly. Reconnect any flagged channels.
You may be in the wrong workspace
If you manage multiple workspaces, confirm you are in the workspace where your channels are connected. Channels are workspace-specific.
If the issue persists
