Style Presets let you define the visual identity for your pages once and apply it consistently across all generated pages. A preset stores your brand colours, fonts, logo, and layout preferences.

Creating a Style Preset

  1. Go to Settings > Style Presets
  2. Click "New preset"
  3. Set your brand colours, font choices, and upload your logo
  4. Save the preset with a name

Applying a preset

When building or editing a page template, select the Style Preset you want to apply. All pages generated from that template will use the preset's settings.

Multiple presets

You can create multiple presets — one per brand or client. This is useful if you manage outreach for more than one brand from a single workspace. See "Running multiple brands from one account" for more on this approach.

Updating a preset

If you update a Style Preset, changes may apply to pages generated from templates using that preset. If you need certainty that existing pages reflect the latest styling, regenerate them from your sheet.
