Using Sendr assets in third-party outreach tools (HeyReach, Instantly, and others)

If you use HeyReach, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar outreach tools alongside Sendr, you can use your Sendr-generated assets — personalised page URLs, Dynamic GIF URLs, and LipSync video links — directly in those tools.

What to copy from Sendr

Once you have generated pages and GIFs in Sendr, your sheet contains:

  • Page URL column — the unique personalised page link for each contact
  • Dynamic GIF URL column — the animated GIF for each contact (if generated)
  • LipSync video URL column — the personalised video link (if generated)

Export your sheet as a CSV to get these URLs alongside your contact data.

Using in HeyReach

  1. Export your Sendr sheet as a CSV including the page URL and GIF URL columns
  2. Import into HeyReach as a lead list
  3. Map the page URL column to a custom variable (e.g. {{sendr_page}})
  4. Use {{sendr_page}} in your HeyReach message templates as a link or anchor text

Using in Instantly

  1. Export your Sendr sheet as a CSV
  2. Import into Instantly and map columns to custom variables
  3. Reference the page URL or GIF URL using Instantly's variable syntax in your email templates

General approach for any tool

Any outreach tool that supports custom CSV variables can use Sendr assets. The pattern is always the same: export from Sendr with the URL columns included, import into your tool, and map the URL to a variable you reference in your templates.

Note on GIFs in email

When embedding a GIF, use the GIF URL as an image source in HTML email templates. Link it to the personalised page URL so clicking the GIF takes the recipient to their page.
