You can record a personalised video or audio message for a contact directly from their LinkedIn profile using the Chrome Extension. The recording is attached to a personalised page that is generated automatically.
How to record from LinkedIn
- Navigate to a contact's LinkedIn profile
- Click the Sendr extension icon (or the Sendr button that appears on the profile)
- Choose your recording type:
- Record video: records your webcam video with the Teleprompter displayed if set up
- Record audio: records your voice as a personalised voicenote
- Use original page: generates a page using your existing template without recording
- Record your message
- Sendr generates the personalised page with your recording embedded and the contact's details auto-populated
Teleprompter during recording
If you have a Teleprompter configured on your page template, the personalised script for this contact appears on screen while you record, so you can speak naturally to them by name.
After recording
The personalised page URL is generated immediately. You can copy the link and send it manually, or the contact can be added to a Sendr sheet and sequence.
Data auto-population
When recording from a LinkedIn profile, Sendr pulls the contact's name, company, and job title from their profile automatically and populates the page tokens.
