Retrying a failed enrichment

If an enrichment row fails — for example due to a timeout or a temporary issue — you can retry it without re-running the entire column.

How to retry

1. Open your sheet in Data Studio
2. Find the row or rows with a failed result (shown with an error state in the column)
3. Select the failed rows
4. Click "Retry"

Sendr re-processes only the selected rows. Credits are only charged if the retry returns a successful result.

When enrichments fail

Most failures are temporary and resolve on retry. If a row continues to fail after multiple retries, the contact's data may not be available in Sendr's data sources. In that case, no credit is charged and the row will remain blank.
