An enrichment column is stuck on QUEUED or not running

If an enrichment column has been sitting on QUEUED for longer than expected, here is what to check.

Normal processing times

Most enrichment types complete within 30 minutes. Sendr makes up to 7 attempts per row, which takes approximately 28 minutes in total. LipSync video generation (batch mode) has a longer turnaround of up to 24 hours.

If a column has been queued for less than 30 minutes (or less than 24 hours for LipSync), wait and refresh before taking any action.

The column may be processing a large sheet

If your sheet has hundreds or thousands of rows, enrichment can take longer to complete. Check how many rows are in the sheet and allow more time accordingly.

Check for a failed or stuck row

Sometimes one row gets stuck and blocks the rest of the column. Open the sheet in Data Studio and look for any rows showing an error state. Retry those rows individually.

Refresh the page

Occasionally the QUEUED status is a display issue that resolves with a refresh. Do a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows) and check the column status again.

Cancel and re-run

If a standard enrichment column has been queued for more than 30 minutes with no progress, or a LipSync column for more than 24 hours, you can cancel the column and re-add it. This re-queues the enrichment. Only rows that did not already complete will be re-processed.
