Creating your first LipSync video (step by step)

Here's how to create your first LipSync video, from recording to a personalised video for every contact.
Step 1: Add a video to your page template
In your page template, add the header section. In the media module on the left of the page builder, record or upload a video of yourself delivering a general version of your message. Speak naturally and keep it under 2 minutes for best results.
Step 2: Add magic
Click Add magic and choose lipsync video. Sendr clones your voice from the recording and transcribes it.
Step 3: Choose your dynamic words and settings
Select the words you want to personalise for each contact (usually their first name or company). Choose the language and voice model, then save.
Step 4: Generate and check
When you generate pages, Sendr creates a unique LipSync video for each contact and adds it as a column in your campaign table, one row per contact. Each video uses one LipSync credit from your separate LipSync pool. Processing usually takes 1 to 3 minutes, up to 24 hours at peak. Review a few before sending. If a generation fails, the LipSync credits are refunded, usually within an hour.
Doing this in a sequence instead
You can also create a LipSync video from the sequencer. Add a Lipsync video action under Media and follow the same flow (record, transcribe, select words, choose language and voice model). When you send the sequence, each contact receives their personalised video.
