Using SendrAI as an enrichment column

SendrAI runs as a column in Data Studio, the same as any other enrichment.

How to add a SendrAI column

1. Open your sheet in Data Studio
2. Click "Add column" and select "SendrAI"
3. Write your prompt — include token references like {{first_name}}, {{company}}, {{job_title}} to pull in contact data
4. Choose whether to enable Web Research
5. Confirm

Sendr generates a unique output for each row based on your prompt and the contact's data.

Writing a good prompt

Be specific about what you want. Vague prompts produce vague outputs. Good prompts include:

• The format you want (one sentence, two sentences, a bullet list)
• The angle or goal (icebreaker, pain point, compliment, observation)
• Which data to reference ({{company}}, {{job_title}}, {{linkedin_headline}})

Example: "Write a one-sentence personalised icebreaker for {{first_name}} who works as a {{job_title}} at {{company}}. Reference something specific about their role. Keep it conversational and under 20 words."

Using the output

The generated text is written into the column as a standard field. Use it as a token in your page templates or sequence messages — for example, as the opening line of an email.
