What's new in Sendr V4

V4 is the biggest update to Sendr so far. It adds two AI Copilots that set up your workspace and build campaigns with you, plus a new Analytics tab, a Strategy tab, and personas you build once and use everywhere. Here's what's new and where to read more.

Campaign Copilot

Tell the Campaign Copilot what you want to achieve and it builds the campaign with you. It finds your audience in Sendr's contact database, picks the right channels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp), and builds the sequence and messaging. Along the way it checks in with a few questions, like what the goal is or who the campaign should come from.

A few things it does without being asked:

  • Recommends voicenotes and videos where they're likely to lift replies

  • Keeps an eye on your credits, so it won't build a lead list bigger than you can work

  • Factors in your deadlines, so a campaign for an event next week is timed for next week

You stay in control. Every step it builds stays editable in the Sequencer. See What is the Campaign Copilot?

Onboarding Copilot and your workspace profile

Your workspace profile holds what Sendr knows about your company: what you sell, who you sell to, how you sound, your proof points and case studies, and your best customers. The Onboarding Copilot builds it from your website, then creates your first personas and shows you a preview of real contacts before your first campaign.

If you were using Sendr before V4, the Onboarding Copilot appears the next time you log in so you can complete your profile. You can edit it any time in Settings > Workspace. See Setting up your workspace with the Onboarding Copilot.

Personas

Personas are the specific people you're targeting, each with their own goals and pain points. Build them once and use them across your campaigns. See Creating and editing personas.

Strategy tab

When the Copilot builds a campaign, it writes up the plan behind it in the Strategy tab: the goal, the audience, the offer, the angle, and why the sequence is shaped the way it is. You can review and tweak it before anything is built, and export it as a PDF for sign-off. See Reviewing and approving your campaign strategy.

Analytics tab

Every campaign now opens on Analytics, with open, reply, and unsubscribe rates across email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. The campaign tabs are now Analytics, Contacts, Sequencer, Strategy, Logs, and Settings. See Reading your campaign analytics.

Pre-campaign checklist

Before you launch, the checklist shows what's left to set up, like connecting a sending channel, with a green tick next to everything that's ready. See Using the pre-campaign checklist.

A 14-day free trial and one plan

New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with every feature. After that, there's one plan, Sendr Core, which includes everything that used to be in the Workspace add-on. See Your 14-day free trial and Sendr Core: what's included in your plan.

Coming soon

Triggers and actions in the Sequencer, so you can start campaigns from events in your other apps and send data back out. We're planning to bring the Automation Builder into the Sequencer as part of this. Until then, the Automation Builder works as it does today.
