Building your first page template

A page template is the blueprint Sendr uses to generate individual pages for each contact.
You build the template once and Sendr fills in the personalisation tokens for each recipient when pages are generated.
Creating a template
- Go to Personalised Pages and click "New template"
- Give your template a name
- Add sections using the section builder
Adding sections
Each section you add becomes a block on the page. Common sections for a first template:
- A video or media block (record or upload your video, or embed a LipSync video)
- Headline and Subheading text in your chosen sections, using personalisation tokens like {{first_name}} and {{company}} (there is no separate text block yet, see "Page sections overview: every section type explained" for the workarounds if you need a longer paragraph)
- A calendar booking block linked to your Calendly or similar tool
- A call to action button
You can reorder sections by dragging them.
Applying a Style Preset
Before publishing, apply a Style Preset to control the colours, fonts, and logo used across your pages. Style Presets are managed in Settings. See "Style Presets: saving and reusing your brand settings" for more.
Saving and generating
Once your template is ready, go to your sheet, add a page generation column, and select the template. Sendr generates a unique page for each contact and writes the URL back into the sheet.
