Connecting HubSpot to Sendr

Sendr connects to HubSpot via the Automation Builder.

What you can do with the HubSpot connection

  • Pull contacts from HubSpot into a Sendr campaign when they meet a trigger (e.g. deal stage change, list membership)
  • Push page visit and engagement data from Sendr back into HubSpot contact records
  • Create or update HubSpot contacts when a new lead is saved in Sendr
  • Trigger a Sendr campaign when a HubSpot deal moves to a specific stage

How to connect

  1. Open the Automation Builder from Automations in the main navigation (app.sendr.io/automations)
  2. Create a new automation
  3. Select HubSpot as the trigger or action app
  4. When prompted, connect your HubSpot account by authorising access
  5. Configure the trigger and action steps for your workflow
  6. Activate the automation

Notes

The HubSpot connection is managed through the Automation Builder. There is no standalone HubSpot OAuth connection outside of this flow. Each automation you build is independent, and you can have multiple HubSpot automations running simultaneously.
