What happens if a connected account disconnects mid-sequence?

If an email channel, LinkedIn account, or WhatsApp account disconnects while a sequence is running, Sendr pauses execution for steps that rely on that channel.
Contacts are not skipped or lost, they stay in their current position in the sequence until the channel is reconnected.
Email channel disconnects
This typically happens if an OAuth token expires or access is revoked, for example if you changed your Google or Microsoft password. To fix it:
- Go to Settings > Channels
- Find the disconnected channel (it will be flagged)
- Click to reconnect and go through the authorisation flow again
Once reconnected, Sendr resumes execution from where it paused.
LinkedIn account disconnects
LinkedIn connections can drop if LinkedIn detects unusual activity or the session expires. To reconnect:
- Go to Settings > Channels
- Find the disconnected LinkedIn channel (it will be flagged)
- Click to reconnect and complete the authorisation flow again
Once reconnected, your sequence resumes automatically.
WhatsApp account disconnects
This typically happens if the WhatsApp account is unlinked from its device, loses connection, or the session expires. To reconnect:
- Go to Settings > Channels
- Find the disconnected WhatsApp channel (it will be flagged)
- Click to reconnect and complete the linking flow again
Once reconnected, Sendr resumes execution from where it paused.
Checking for disconnections
Sendr flags disconnected channels in your channel list. If you have active sequences running, check Settings > Channels regularly so any disconnection is caught and resolved quickly.
