Running multiple brands from one account

If you manage more than one brand or client, Sendr gives you two ways to handle it depending on how much separation you need.

Option 1: Separate workspaces per brand

You can create a new workspace from the workspace switcher in the sidebar. Each workspace is fully isolated, with its own leads, sheets, sequences, pages, channels, and credit pool.

This approach suits agencies or teams that need complete separation between clients or brands. Each workspace requires its own Sendr subscription. Team members can be invited into each workspace independently, so you can give a client or a specific team access to just the workspace that is relevant to them.

Option 2: Style Presets within one workspace

If you want to manage multiple brands from a single workspace, you can use Style Presets. A Style Preset defines the visual identity for a set of pages: colours, fonts, logo, and layout. You can create one preset per brand and apply the relevant one when generating pages for each audience.

This keeps everything in one place and is a good fit when the same team is managing outreach across multiple brands without needing strict data separation.

Which to choose

Use separate workspaces when clients or brands need isolated access and data. Use Style Presets within one workspace when the same team manages multiple brands and shared access is fine.
