Sending personalised voicenotes

Dynamic Audio lets you send a personalised voicenote to each contact, a short audio clip in your cloned voice that addresses them by name and includes details from their row.
Voicenotes can be embedded in personalised pages or used in sequence steps.
How to create a voicenote
You can create a dynamic voicenote in two places.
In a page template
Add the header section, then open the media module on the left of the page builder.
Record or upload your voice note.
Click Add magic and choose Create a dynamic voice clone.
Sendr clones your voice and transcribes the recording. Select the words to personalise for each contact.
Choose the language and voice model, then save.
In the sequencer
Add a Dynamic voice note action under Media.
Record or upload your voice note, then select the words to personalise and choose the language and voice model.
Sendr generates a unique voicenote for each contact, adds it as a column in your campaign table, and produces an output variable you can use in later steps. Each voicenote costs 1 credit.
Add a Send LinkedIn message or Send WhatsApp message step further down the sequence, then map the Dynamic voice note action's output variable into that step.
Publish the sequence. Contacts reaching that step get their own personalised voicenote sent through whichever channel you mapped it to.
Using voicenotes on pages
A voicenote you create in a page template plays automatically on each contact's page. One created in the sequencer is sent as a sequence step, through whichever channel action you map it into.
What to say
Keep voicenotes short, 20 to 40 seconds is the sweet spot
Speak as you would in conversation, not as you would write
Open with something specific to them
