My LinkedIn channel keeps disconnecting

LinkedIn channels can occasionally disconnect or require reconnection. This is driven by LinkedIn's own session management, not Sendr.
Common reasons a LinkedIn channel disconnects
- Your LinkedIn password was changed
- LinkedIn detected unusual activity and ended the session
- LinkedIn triggered a security verification that was not completed
- Your LinkedIn account was temporarily restricted
- You logged out of LinkedIn on all devices
What Sendr does when a channel disconnects
Sendr detects the disconnection, pauses any sequences relying on that channel, and flags the channel in Settings > Channels. No contacts are lost and no steps are skipped.
How to reconnect
- Go to Settings > Channels
- Find the disconnected LinkedIn channel (it will be flagged)
- Click to reconnect and complete the authorisation flow
Once reconnected, your sequences resume automatically.
How to reduce disconnections
- Avoid logging out of LinkedIn on all devices while sequences are running
- Do not change your LinkedIn password while a sequence is active
- Stay within Sendr's recommended daily limits to avoid triggering LinkedIn's automated detection
- Complete any LinkedIn verification prompts quickly when they appear
If reconnecting does not work
If the channel remains flagged after completing the authorisation flow, contact us at [email protected] with the email address on your LinkedIn account.
