How per-channel sending limits work

Sendr does not impose a fixed daily send cap per email channel. You are in control of your sending volume through your sequence schedule and the number of contacts in your table.

LinkedIn limits

LinkedIn automation has safe daily limits to protect your account. You can configure these in your LinkedIn channel settings. The recommended maximums are:

  • Connection requests: 20 per day. LinkedIn also enforces an invite cap weekly (roughly 100 per week, up to 200 on Premium or Sales Navigator), so the days your sequences send change your weekly total.
  • Direct messages: 100 per day
  • Profile views: 100 per day
  • Connection checks: 100 per day

For defaults and how your sending schedule changes your weekly LinkedIn total, see "Safe sending limits".

WhatsApp limits

WhatsApp does not have a fixed daily send limit in the same way LinkedIn does. Because it's a personal, conversational channel, account health depends more on how contacts respond (replies, blocks, spam reports) than on raw volume. See "Safe sending limits" for the recommended defaults and how to adjust them.

Managing volume across multiple channels

When a sequence has multiple email channels connected, Sendr rotates sending across all of them. This spreads volume naturally and helps protect sender reputation. See "Sending from multiple inboxes on one step (inbox rotation)" for how rotation works.
