Generating personalised pages

Once you have a page template, there are two ways to generate personalised pages for the contacts in a campaign. Which one to use depends on whether you want every page ready straight away, or created as each contact moves through your sequence.

Each page costs 1 credit per contact, whichever method you use.

Option 1: Generate all pages at once in Data Studio

Use this when you have a large list, even thousands of contacts, and want every page generated immediately.

1. Open your campaign and go to the Contacts tab

2. Click the Data Studio button

3. Choose Personalised Pages

4. Choose the template you want to use and map your columns to its variables

5. Run it on all rows

Sendr generates a unique page URL for each contact and writes it back into the table as a new column.

Option 2: Generate pages as contacts move through the Sequencer

Use this when you want pages created as part of the campaign flow.

1. Open your campaign and go to the Sequencer

2. Open the Enrichments section

3. Choose Generate page and add it to your sequence

4. Choose the template you want to use and map your variables

Pages are not generated all at once. When the campaign is live, each contact's page is generated when they reach that step in the sequence.

Using the page URL in your messages

Once generated, use the {{page_url}} token in your email, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp message to include the link. Each contact's token resolves to their unique URL. If you generate pages in the Sequencer, place the message that uses {{page_url}} after the Generate page step.

Regenerating pages

If you update your template after pages have been generated, existing page URLs are not automatically updated. You can regenerate pages by adding a new page generation column or re-running the column, and the new URLs will reflect the updated template.

Re-running a column reuses the variable mapping from the first run rather than showing you the mapping step again. That's fine if every variable in your template already has a mapping. If you've added a new variable to the template, or need to fix one that was never mapped correctly, re-running won't prompt you to map it, so that variable will just render blank. To set or change a variable mapping, add a new page generation column instead, which takes you through the mapping step again.

Good to know

• Dynamic images have their own variable. When you set an image in a page section to Dynamic, Sendr automatically creates a variable for it, named {{Gallery Image 1}}, {{Gallery Image 2}}, and so on in the order you add them. Map your image URL column to that variable during generation, rather than adding it as text elsewhere on the page.

• A blank field after generating usually means a missing mapping, not a broken variable. When you next generate pages, check the mapping screen to confirm every variable has a column assigned.
