What is Sendr? A product overview

Most teams running personalised outbound are juggling four or five separate tools: one for finding leads, one for enriching data, one for creating videos, one for building landing pages, and one for sending sequences. Sendr brings all of them into one platform, from finding a contact to sending them something that feels individually made.
Two Copilots that do the setup with you
Sendr now includes two AI Copilots that guide you through the work, while you stay in control of every decision.
Onboarding Copilot: give it your website and it builds your workspace profile: what your company does, your tone of voice, the services you offer, who they are for, and what sets you apart. It then creates buyer personas for the people you want to reach. Everything it writes can be edited, and it is saved in your workspace settings for every future campaign.
Campaign Copilot: tell it who you want to reach and it finds matching contacts in Sendr's contact database, recommends channels, drafts your messages, and lays out a campaign strategy for you to approve. Once you approve, it builds the sequence for you. You can ask it to change anything along the way, from the audience to the tone of a single message.
Each campaign also has an Analytics tab showing progress, opportunities, open and reply rates across your channels, and a breakdown by channel.
The core workflow
Behind the Copilots, Sendr is built around four connected steps. You can use them directly at any time:
Lead Finder: search and filter a database of contacts by job title, company size, industry, location, and more. Browse for free; save contacts to a sheet at 0.25 credits each.
Data Studio: a spreadsheet that lives inside Sendr. Add enrichment columns to fill in emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn data, AI-generated icebreakers, and more. Each row is a contact; each column is a data point.
Personalised Pages and Videos: a branded landing page generated uniquely for each contact, complete with their name, company logo, and a video that sounds like you recorded it for them personally. LipSync takes your original video and generates a personalised version for every contact in your list, syncing new audio in your cloned voice without any re-recording. No video? Use a voicenote, a Dynamic GIF, or a personalised video background instead.
Sequencer: sends your emails, LinkedIn messages, and WhatsApp messages automatically, on your schedule, using the pages and data from the steps above.
What makes it different
When a contact receives outreach from a Sendr user, they land on a page that greets them by name, shows their company logo, and plays a video that sounds like a personal recording. That experience is generated in seconds, at scale, without re-recording anything. The personalisation is built on real data and real media, not AI avatars or generic templates.
The Copilots are built on a library of outbound best practice, and they use what they learn about your business to shape each campaign, so the messages reflect your offer and your voice rather than a generic template.
Who it's for
Sendr is built for anyone running personalised outbound who is currently using multiple tools to do it and wants one platform that handles the whole motion.
That might be a SaaS founder doing their own prospecting and tired of managing multiple subscriptions. An agency owner running outbound campaigns for multiple clients from one place. An SDR leader building a repeatable team playbook. A GTM team moving from high-volume generic blasts to lower-volume, higher-quality outreach that converts.
The common thread is not a job title. It is the belief that one relevant, personalised message beats a hundred generic ones.
Credits
Credits are the shared workspace currency for enrichments, page generation, and building campaigns with the Campaign Copilot. See Understanding credits for the full breakdown.
