Tracking engagement on your personalised pages

Sendr tracks engagement on every personalised page automatically. You do not need to set anything up.
What is tracked
- Page visits (when a recipient opens their page)
- Time spent on the page
- Section interactions (scrolling, video plays, calendar opens)
Where to see engagement data
Engagement notifications appear in your Sendr inbox or notifications area. You can also see engagement data at the contact level in your sheet.
Sequence steps can be triggered by page engagement. For example, you can set a follow-up step to send only after a contact has visited their page. See "Sequence triggers: starting a flow" for more on condition-based steps.
Privacy note
Page tracking uses the unique URL to identify the visitor. If a recipient forwards their page link to someone else, that visit will be attributed to the original contact.
