How to sign up and set up your account

This guide takes you from signing up to a finished workspace profile, ready to build your first campaign.

Create your account

Go to sendr.ai and sign up with your email address or via Google. If you sign up with email, you will receive a verification link. Click it before continuing.

Complete your profile

Once verified, Sendr asks for a few details: your name, company, location, phone number, and how you heard about us. Fill these in and continue.

Set up your workspace with the Onboarding Copilot

Your workspace is where all your contacts, pages, campaigns, and team members live. Start by giving your workspace a name. This is typically your company name. The Onboarding Copilot then builds it with you in a few steps.

1. Add your website. The Copilot analyses your site and any public content about your company, including case studies and reviews.

2. Review your business profile. It writes a profile covering what your company does, your tone of voice, the services you offer, who they are for, and what sets you apart. Edit anything that is not quite right, then confirm.

3. Create your personas. Personas describe the people you want to reach. You can paste the LinkedIn profile URLs of your best customers so the Copilot can study them, or let it generate personas from your business profile. Each persona has a name, a short description, their goals, and their pain points. Edit them, add more, or confirm them as they are.

4. Pick who to target first. Choose a persona (or let the Copilot choose the best fit) and the country you want to target. The Copilot searches Sendr's contact database and shows you a preview of the contacts it found and the filters it used.

Everything the Copilot creates is saved in Settings > Workspace, where you can edit your profile and personas at any time. Every future campaign uses this information.

Start your free trial

When the Copilot has finished your list preview, you will be asked to start your free trial. Your trial starts only when you click Start 14-day free trial, not when you sign up.

Your 14-day trial includes:

• A starting balance of credits

• 2 sending channels

• Every feature, including API access and custom domains

You do not need to add a card to start. When the 14 days end, your account is locked until you choose a plan.

The free trial applies to your first workspace. If you create another workspace, you will be asked to subscribe to a plan for it.

If you skip onboarding

If you click Skip for now, you can use Sendr straight away. A Get started prompt will appear each time you log in until you complete onboarding, so your workspace profile is ready before you build campaigns.
