Custom contact properties: workspace-level fields

Custom contact properties let you add your own fields to every contact in your workspace. These appear alongside the standard Sendr fields (first name, company, job title, etc.) and can be used as tokens in your page templates and sequences.

Creating a custom property

  1. Go to Settings > Properties, or navigate directly to app.sendr.io/settings/contact-properties
  2. Click "Add property"
  3. Give the property a name and choose a type
  4. Save

Once created, the property appears as a column in your sheets. You can populate it manually or via imports.

Using custom properties as tokens

Custom properties can be referenced in page templates and sequence messages using the standard token syntax, for example {{custom_field_name}}. If the field is blank for a contact, the token will use your fallback value if one is set. See "Setting token fallbacks" for how to configure these.

Custom properties are workspace-level — they apply to all sheets and contacts across your workspace.
