Understanding credits: how they work and what they cost

Sendr runs on two commodities: credits and channels. Understanding each one helps you plan your usage and avoid surprises.

Credits

Credits are the shared currency your workspace uses to run enrichments, generate personalised pages, create LipSync videos, and build campaigns with the Campaign Copilot. Every seat in your workspace draws from the same credit pool.

Every credit costs $0.01, whichever plan you are on. Sendr Core includes 3,000 credits per month.

Credits replenish at the start of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over.

What is free

You do not spend credits on browsing Lead Finder, viewing your sheets, building page templates, setting up sequences by hand, or connecting channels. Credits are only spent when Sendr does work to produce a result.

What costs credits

Campaign Copilot usage

Each action the Campaign Copilot takes while building your campaign uses a small number of credits. The credits icon at the top of the Copilot shows how many the current campaign has used so far. The Copilot is also designed to keep your campaign's credit use sensible, for example by not adding costly enrichments like Find Phone unless they are needed.

Failed enrichments are free

If an enrichment does not find a result, no credit is charged. You only pay for successful lookups.

Credits are shared across your workspace

All team members use the same credit pool. There is no per-seat credit limit.

Adding more credits

You can add credits to your plan in blocks of 1,000, at $10 per month for each 1,000. Choose how many you need when you upgrade or change your plan. Credit bundles are also available if you run low before your next billing period.

If you pay annually, you receive all 12 months of credits up front when your plan starts.

Prices are set in USD. If you are in the UK or Europe, you may see the equivalent price in GBP or EUR at checkout.

LipSync videos

LipSync videos use your regular credits. There is no separate LipSync credit pool.

LipSync videos usually take 1 to 3 minutes to generate. During peak periods, processing can take up to 24 hours.

Channels

Channels are your sending inboxes. Each connected email account, LinkedIn account, or WhatsApp account is one channel.

• Sendr Core includes 2 channels.

• The 14-day free trial includes 2 channels.

• Extra channels cost $10 per channel per month.

There is no limit to how many channels you can add. There is no daily send cap per channel. Channels are shared across your entire workspace, so all team members can use them in their sequences.
