Building a campaign with the Campaign Copilot

Here's how to build a campaign with the Campaign Copilot, from choosing your audience to launch. Your workspace profile and at least one persona need to be set up first.
Create the campaign. Click Create campaign. After onboarding, the Copilot takes you straight into your first one.
Choose your audience. Tell the Copilot which persona you want to reach, or ask it to pick the best fit, then choose the country. It shows you how many contacts it found and the filters it used. Ask it to adjust if the list is too broad or too narrow, for example "include companies with 50 to 500 employees".
Answer its questions. The Copilot checks things like the campaign goal and who the campaign should come from.
Choose your channels. It recommends channels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) and whether to include a voicenote or video. Accept its recommendation or tell it what you'd prefer.
Review your messages. Ask for changes in the chat, for example "make this shorter" or "sound less formal", until you're happy.
Approve the strategy. Review the strategy on the canvas, ask for changes, then click Build.
Save your contacts. Choose how many contacts to save into the campaign. The Copilot then builds each step of the sequence.
Run the pre-campaign checklist. Connect your channels, record any voicenotes, and fix anything it flags.
Launch. Follow progress in the Analytics tab.
Good to know
Every step stays editable. Once built, you can change any step in the Sequencer.
It uses credits. The credits icon at the top of the Copilot shows how many this campaign has used. See How many credits does it cost to build a campaign?
