How to activate your AppSumo code

How you activate depends on which AppSumo deal you bought. There are two, and they work differently, so check which one you have before you start.

Activating a lifetime deal (LTD)

Lifetime codes are activated inside AppSumo, not inside Sendr. Once activated, your tier is applied to Sendr automatically when you create your workspace, so there is nothing to paste into Sendr.

1. In AppSumo, go to Products, select Sendr, and activate your code.
2. Create your Sendr workspace at https://app.sendr.io.

Your tier applies automatically once your workspace is created.

Each code unlocks a single tier. AppSumo tiers cannot be stacked, so buying more than one code will not combine them into a higher tier. If you bought more than one code, contact AppSumo support about your extra codes.

Already have a Sendr workspace?

If you already have a Sendr workspace, especially a paid one, get in touch at [email protected] before activating, so we can apply your lifetime deal to the right place.

Problems activating your code?

If your code is not accepted, first check it has not already been redeemed on another account. For anything to do with the code or your purchase, contact AppSumo support at [email protected] with your receipt. For anything to do with your Sendr workspace, email us at [email protected].

Monthly Sendr Membership (40% off)

The monthly Membership deal is a separate purchase from the lifetime codes above. It gives you 40% off the monthly Sendr Membership for as long as you stay subscribed, with your first 30 days free.
