Email Verification checks whether an email address in your sheet is deliverable. It is useful when you have imported a list with existing email addresses and want to clean it before sending.
Results
Email Verification returns one of two statuses:
- VALID — the email address is deliverable
- INVALID — the email address is not deliverable and should not be sent to
Cost
1 credit per contact. Emails found via Find Email are already verified at the point of lookup — the verification cost is included in the Find Email credit. Running Email Verification on an existing column of imported emails costs 1 credit per contact.
How to use it
- Open your sheet in Data Studio
- Click "Add column" and select "Email Verification"
- Select the column containing the email addresses to verify
- Confirm
Once complete, filter your sheet to VALID emails before running your sequence to protect your sender reputation.
