What is the Campaign Copilot?

The Campaign Copilot is an AI you work with inside Sendr to build outbound campaigns. You tell it who you want to reach and what you want to achieve, and it builds the audience, channels, messages, strategy, and sequence with you.

Where it lives

The Campaign Copilot sits on the left of the campaign screen, where you chat with it. The canvas on the right shows your sequence, strategy, and analytics as they're built.

What it does

  • Finds matching contacts in Sendr's contact database for the persona and country you choose

  • Recommends channels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) and whether to add a voicenote or video

  • Drafts your messages using your workspace profile and persona

  • Writes up a campaign strategy for you to review and approve

  • Builds each step of the sequence once you approve

It also asks a few questions along the way, like what the goal is or who the campaign should come from.

What it does without being asked

  • Recommends voicenotes and videos where they're likely to lift replies

  • Keeps your credit use sensible, so it won't build a lead list bigger than you can work, and won't add costly enrichments like Find Phone unless they're needed

  • Factors in your deadlines, so a campaign for an event next week is timed for next week

You stay in control

You can ask the Copilot to change anything, from the audience to the tone of a single message. Every step it builds stays fully editable in the Sequencer, and you can still build campaigns by hand if you prefer.

What it costs

Building and editing a campaign with the Copilot uses credits. The credits icon at the top of the Copilot shows how many the current campaign has used. See How many credits does it cost to build a campaign?
