Data cleanup enrichments

Data cleanup enrichments standardise and fix messy data in your sheet. They are useful when you have imported a CSV with inconsistent formatting — capitalisation issues, company names in the wrong case, or job titles that need tidying.

What data cleanup covers

• First Name — capitalises and cleans first name formatting
• Company Name — standardises company name capitalisation and removes common suffixes (Ltd, Inc, etc.) where appropriate
• Job Title — standardises job title formatting and capitalisation

Cost: 1 credit per contact per cleanup column.

How to add a cleanup column

1. Open your sheet in Data Studio
2. Click "Add column" and select "Data Cleanup"
3. Choose which field to clean (First Name, Company Name, or Job Title)
4. Confirm

The cleaned value is written into the new column. Your original column is left unchanged, so you can compare the two before deciding which to use as your token source.
