The Unibox: an overview
What the Unibox is, the channels it covers, and how to reply to, tag, filter, search, and assign your replies.

When you run outreach through Sendr, the replies come back to the Unibox: one shared inbox for every response across your connected channels. Instead of logging into a dozen different inboxes and your LinkedIn account to find who replied, you work all your conversations in one place.
This covers what shows up in the Unibox, how to reply, and how to keep your replies organised as they come in.
What shows up in the Unibox
The Unibox collects replies to the outreach you send through Sendr, across:
- Email (Gmail and Outlook)
When a contact replies on any of these, their conversation appears in the Unibox. You reply from the same place, through the same account the message came in on.
One thing to know up front: the Unibox shows only replies to outreach you sent through Sendr. It is not a full inbox. Your other email, and the messages in your wider LinkedIn network, do not appear here. That keeps the Unibox focused on the conversations that came from your campaigns.
A conversation only appears once a contact has replied. Until someone responds, there is nothing to show.
The Unibox is shared across your workspace, so your whole team can work replies together.
Replying to a conversation
Open a conversation to see the full back-and-forth, then reply inline. Your reply goes out through the same connected account that received it.
When you reply by email, you have the usual formatting tools: bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, text colour, hyperlinks, bullet and numbered lists, and emojis. You can also attach files, and send a video or voice message as your reply instead of text.
Every conversation has a contact card, opened from the icon in the top-right of the thread. It shows the contact's details next to the conversation, so you have context while you reply.
Organising your replies
As replies build up, a few tools help you stay on top of them.
Tags. Tag a conversation to label where it stands. The Unibox comes with four tags to start: Interested, Not interested, Meeting booked, and Out of office. You can create as many of your own as you like (for example Hot lead), with no limit, and apply tags one at a time or to several conversations at once.
Filters. Narrow the feed to what you want to see. Filter by unread, starred, trash, tag, channel, campaign, or the teammate a conversation is assigned to. Filters combine, so you can look at, say, unread WhatsApp replies from one campaign.
Search. Search across the content of your messages as well as the sender's name, email, LinkedIn, and phone number, so you can find a conversation by what was said or who said it.
Assigning. Assign a conversation to a teammate, or reassign it, one at a time or in bulk. This is how teams split up a busy reply queue.
You can also star a conversation to flag it, and delete ones you are finished with. Deleted conversations move to Trash, where you can restore them if you need to.
Good to know
- The Unibox only shows replies to outreach sent through Sendr. It is not a full email or LinkedIn inbox.
- A reply pauses the rest of that contact's sequence by default, so you can take the conversation over yourself. This is the stop-on-reply setting, controlled per campaign in your campaign settings.
- If a sending account is disconnected, new replies on it stop appearing in the Unibox until you reconnect it.
- There can be a short delay between a contact replying and the conversation showing up.
Coming soon
A couple of additions are on the way:
- Automatic tagging by sentiment. Sendr will read the sentiment of each reply and tag it for you (interested, not interested, out of office, and so on), so you can filter your replies without tagging them by hand.
- Enrich a contact from the Unibox. You will be able to find a contact's phone number, email, or LinkedIn details straight from their contact card while you work a reply.
