What to do when you run out of credits for LipSync

LipSync videos use your regular credits. There is no separate LipSync credit pool. If your credit balance runs out, you cannot generate new LipSync videos until your credits replenish at the start of your next billing period, or until you add more.

Your credit balance is shown in Settings > Membership.

Adding more credits

You can add credits to your plan in blocks of 1,000, at $10 per month for each 1,000. Credit bundles are also available if you run low before your next billing period. See Understanding credits: how they work and what they cost for the full breakdown.
