Email sending channels

Sendr supports connecting Gmail and Outlook accounts as email sending channels.

Gmail

Connect any Gmail account, including personal Gmail and Google Workspace business accounts, using Google OAuth. No password required.

Outlook

Connect any Outlook account, including personal Outlook and Microsoft 365 business accounts, using Microsoft OAuth. No password required.

How to connect

Go to Settings > Channels, click Add channel, select Email, then choose Gmail or Outlook and follow the OAuth flow. See "How to connect an email channel" for the full steps.

What is not supported

Custom SMTP is not supported. Only Gmail (including Google Workspace) and Outlook (including Microsoft 365) accounts can be connected as email channels, and email accounts from other providers can't be connected. If your company email runs on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, you can connect it through Gmail or Outlook. If you are unsure whether your account will work, contact us at [email protected] before purchasing a channel.
